Color matching process:
Quantity and Size: In the case of unitary the quantity needed is 1200 sheets, the width of decorative paper both 4 and 5 are available. Solid color is printed not dyed in China. So it is not necessary to prepare the printing roller. As for the pattern paper printing, customer will be requested to choose the texture and color. sample require: A piece of color paper, high pressing laminate or melamine plate in A4 size will be needed. If the design is wood grain, 3 A4 sample chips will be needed. If the demand is strict, it is necessary to offer us one complete of original sheet so that an integrity of the wood grain will be ensured. time needed: color matching time: 10 working days (from receiving the sample to give out the new sample). The time needed for printing roller: 10 working days The time needed for batch printing: 4 working days the expense : The expense of matching one color is RMB1200. It is free when a color regulation is needed. The cost of a 4 feet wide printing roller is RMB10000. The numbers of the printing rollers will depend on the colors needed.
